Tikkun Olam (Repairing the World)

 

Congregation Shir Chadash is excited to announce that it has partnered with the Bethune Transitional Center whose mission is to provide support services for all students currently experiencing homelessness to ensure personal and academic success.

Some of the items we are collecting are Backpacks, Glue Sticks, Colored pencils, Markers, Erasers (durable pink), Post-it notes, Loose-leaf college ruled paper, Highlighters, Lined spinal notebooks, Pencils, Folders (2 pocket), Hard pencil/supply boxes, Notebook dividers, Samall pencil sharpeners, Shampoo/conditioner, Soap (liquid & bar), Lotion, Anti-bacterial wipes, Lip balm (for dry weather), deodorant, Supermarket Gift Cards, Fast Food Gift Cards.
