Kundalini Yoga is called the ‘Yoga of Awareness’. It helps build a healthy immune system, vital glands, a strong nervous system and good circulation.
Each class includes meditation and breathing exercises (pranayama) that provide insight into your mental patterns, emotions, and quiet time to examine your true heart and soul.
