Adult Education

Whether you want a single class or a year’s worth, we probably have something in our Adult Education programs that will be just the thing you are looking for. And, if we don’t, we invite you to ask for it, or even teach it!  Please check our calendar for dates.

To begin please join us for our Friday evening Shabbat services which begin at 7 pm and/or our Saturday Shabbat services which begin at 9:30 am.

On Wednesday’s at 2:30 pm please join us for “Rabbi Gindlin’s Torah Text Study “  Join us as we spend the afternoon with medieval Biblical commentators Rashi, Nachmanides, Rashbam, Ibn Ezra . . .  and half a dozen of their esteemed colleagues. Each week we focus on the parsha, exploring the Commentators’ Bible in depth.

Rabbi Gindlin leads the interactive learning session as we actively participate in analyzing and discovering different interpretations of the written text throughout the years.

Join the conversation. It promises to offer both intellectual and spiritual rewards.  Be sure to check our calendars for dates.

Once a month we have our ever popular “Torat Nashim” A Shabbat Study Circle For Women… By Women coordinated by Ellen Goldsmith and Linda Waltzman. This is an additional service that begins at 9:45 am during the fall and winter months.
